Acai Berry Smoothie Recipe with added Smoothie Greens

Acai berries are packed with nutritional and health goodies but because fresh Acai berries are hard to come by in Europe - they are mainly found in the Amazon Rain Forests in Brazil - then you need to but the Acai berries in a powder form to make your Acai berry smoothie.
 

Ingredients - Serves 1

  • 1 tablespoon of Acai berries
  • 1 cup of low fat milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of Smoothie Greens

Blend these ingredients together and then drink!
